Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at MSHIELD ® Supplements. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times will depend on the shipment area. Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially due to high traffic.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Please note: If you are a member of the INDIAN Military, MSHIELD ® Supplements ships to all APS (Army Postal Services), NBPO (Navel Base Postal Office), and INDIAN POST addresses.

 

I PLACED AN ORDER AND IT HASN’T BEEN RECEIVED

If you chose our Standard Shipping, please make sure that you have tracked your order to find out the status of your order.  If tracking hasn’t updated in more than five days, please contact our Customer Support Team for assistance at mshieldsupp123@gmail.com.

 

MY CREDIT CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED MORE THAN ONCE FOR MY ORDER

If you tried to place an order and experienced an issue/received an error message (wrong CVV code, wrong billing address, etc.) and then attempted to place a separate order, your credit card summary may show multiple “authorizations.”
